While there is never an excuse needed to celebrate at Fannys, a special occasion is all the more reason to do so! Our staff can tailor a function package specific to your needs, whatever the celebration!

Function Room Details

Cost

The function room is available at no hire charge on the condition that $800 is spent across the bar by the end of the function which, in most cases, will be 10:30pm. You have the option of paying this amount in full at the beginning of the night or letting your guests buy their drinks throughout the evening. If you choose the latter option but $800 is not spent, you will need to pay the difference at the end of your function.

Music (DJ)

A DJ is included with the room hire. If you would like specific music played or you have a list of songs you'd like to hear, you can forward your requests to functions@fannys.com.au. This must be done ONE WEEK PRIOR to your function so the DJ can be adequately prepared.

Food

We can arrange party platters for you, to remove that little bit of extra stress! In the case that you would like to order platters the menu can be found here . Please ensure that your order is placed at least five business days prior to your function. If you would like to provide your own catering, we will make our cool room and small microwave available to you.

Guest Lists

Free entry for all of your guests is included in the function package however all of your guests must arrive prior to 10pm. on arrival. To organise your list, please send your guests’ names via email to functions@fannys.com.au at least two days prior to your function.
NOTE: Please advise your guests that Fannys is a licensed venue and photo ID must be shown to our security staff upon entry to the venue. Minors will not be granted entry under any circumstances.

Function Times

The function room is available exclusively for you and your guests between 7pm and 10:30pm. After this time, the room is opened to the general public but we encourage your guests to stay on and party in the nightclub!

Deposit

A $200 deposit needs to be paid to the Fannys office by Monday, the week prior to the function. This will be returned on the night of the function if the bar spend of $800 is reached. If not, the deposit will be used to make up the difference.
