Function Room Details
Cost
The function room comes with no specific cost however there is a condition that there will be $800
spent on the bar during the function. This can be paid in full at beginning of the night or can be money
spent by the guests at your function.
Note: If the $800 is not spent, you will need to pay the difference at the end of the function.
A DJ is included in the cost of the room. If you would like specific music played or you have a list of songs you'd like to hear, your requests need to be forwarded to functions@fannys.com.au one week prior, so it can be arranged with the DJ.
Food
If you wish to serve your guests food on the evening of your function, we can arrange food platters for you. If you would like to order platters for your function, please contact Fannys on 02 49292025 by Tuesday, the week of your function. All platters will need to be paid for in advance to the function. We also have a fridge and microwave if you would like to cater youself.
Guest Lists
All guests which attend your function will receive free entry on arrival. However they must be
in before 10pm. Please send a list of your guests names via email to functions@fannys.com.au two days
prior to your function or 9am on the Friday before your function.
NOTE: Please advise your guests that Fannys is a licensed venue and photo ID must be shown to our security
staff upon entry to the venue.
The function room is available from 7pm until 10:30pm exclusively for you and your guests. After 10:30pm the room is opened up to the general public at which point your guests can stay on and party.
Deposit
A $200 deposit needs to be paid to the Fannys office by Monday, the week prior to the function. This will be returned on the night of the function if the bar spend of $800 is reached. If not, the deposit will be used to make up the difference.
